MOHBAD’S MANAGEMENT DENIES WILL CLAIM, ACCOUNTS SECURED PENDING FAMILY RESOLUTION
Written by Olakunle Oke on January 16, 2024
In a stark rebuttal to recent claims, Mohbad’s management has officially refuted assertions that the late singer left a will. This comes after Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, stirred controversy by stating in an interview that his son had indeed drafted a will before his passing.
Taking to Mohbad’s Instagram page, the management swiftly dismissed the will claim as “false and misleading.” They further provided crucial information regarding the status of Mohbad’s estate, revealing that all accounts under his control were promptly frozen with a “Post No Debit” order on September 12th, 2023. This legal step effectively prevents any transactions from occurring until outstanding legal matters are addressed.
While the statement treads cautiously concerning details of the alleged internal dispute, it subtly hints at unresolved issues within the family. Nevertheless, the management assures that upon reaching a satisfactory resolution, the secured accounts will be duly transferred to the family.
With conflicting narratives swirling around Mohbad’s will and estate, the exact truth remains shrouded in uncertainty. Further developments, possibly including legal proceedings, might be necessary to determine the ultimate disposition of his assets.
