SUPER EAGLES RECEIVE INJURY-FREE BOOST AHEAD OF WORLD CUP QUALIFIER

Bruno Onyemaechi has received the green light to participate in today’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Lesotho.
Onyemaechi’s participation was uncertain due to his substitution during the second half of Boavista’s 3-1 home loss to CD Feirense last weekend.
On Tuesday, the defender trained separately from his Super Eagles teammates during their first practice session. However, on Wednesday evening, he fully participated in training.
The 24-year-old has already made three appearances for Nigeria and is expected to make another against the Crocodiles.
