11 DIE, 51 HOSPITALISED IN CHINA BUILDING FIRE

A devastating fire has engulfed a four-story building in Lishi District, Luliang City, Shanxi Province, China, claiming the lives of 11 people and injuring 51 others. The fire broke out at the Yongju coal company’s premises at approximately 6:50 am.
Authorities have confirmed the tragic loss of 11 individuals, with the exact number of casualties still being determined. Emergency response teams have evacuated a total of 63 people from the burning building, of whom 51 have been transferred to the Luliang First People’s Hospital for medical treatment.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and further details are expected to emerge as rescue and recovery operations continue.
